Our Customization Process
We run two workflow tracks depending on sample approval outcome:
With ISO 9001 oversight and EU-standard production lines, we maintain consistent quality throughout the customization process. Each batch follows documented specifications, and any adjustments are tracked against the original requirements so nothing gets lost between the design stage and factory floor.
 Track One – First Sample Approved

   Buyer submits requirements → we confirm all details
   Final specifications documented → production line assigned
   Line parameters adjusted → sample produced
   Sample shipped to buyer for approval
   Buyer approves → mass production begins
 
 
 Track Two – Sample Requires Revision

   Buyer submits requirements → we confirm all details
   Final specifications documented → production line assigned
   Line parameters adjusted → sample produced
   Sample shipped to buyer for testing
   Buyer provides modification feedback → sample re-produced
   Revised sample images sent for second confirmation,Buyer approves → mass production begins

On the production side, we employ highly automated and intelligent advanced equipment to precisely control parameters at each process stage, ensuring product specifications and performance meet high European standards and guaranteeing supply stability from the source.

Regarding quality control processes, we implement a closed-loop management system across the entire supply chain: Strict inspection of raw materials upon arrival; First-piece confirmation and high-frequency inspections during production, with real-time monitoring of key indicators; Multi-dimensional sampling and packaging inspections before finished products leave the factory to prevent substandard products from leaving. Simultaneously, we utilize an information system to achieve batch traceability from raw materials to finished products.
