This project is a hotel renovation and refurbishment project, mainly involving the construction of interior functional partitions. The project adopts a prefabricated gypsum board and light steel keel partition system to replace traditional brick walls. This system offers efficient construction, a lightweight structure, and a clean finished appearance, meeting the construction standards and long-term usage needs of overseas hotel projects.

Applied Products

The project uses 1200*2400*12mm ordinary paper-faced gypsum board paired with a light steel keel system. The 12mm standard thickness gypsum board has a smooth surface, excellent sound insulation, fire resistance, and heat insulation properties, strong stability, and is not prone to cracking or deformation, making it suitable for the finishing processes of hotel interiors. The high-strength, rust-resistant, and corrosion-resistant lightweight steel keel and complete set of accessories are adaptable to local climates, ensuring the overall stability and lifespan of the partition walls.

Main Application Scenarios

This partition system is used for non-load-bearing interior walls in hotels, covering major functional areas of the project, including: separating hotel guest room spaces; isolating guest rooms from public areas; dividing public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and rest areas; and functional room partitions such as conference rooms, storage rooms, and logistics and equipment rooms, fully meeting the spatial layout and operational needs of hotels.
