Do you support OEM & customized products?

Yes. We offer custom design, size, surface pattern, color and logo services according to customers' project demands, including customized ceiling tiles, wall panels, flooring and accessories.
What is your MOQ ?

The MOQ varies by product. For regular standard products, we accept mixed bulk orders and small trial orders. For customized products, we will confirm the reasonable MOQ based on your customization requirements.
Can you provide product samples?

Free samples are available. Customers only need to bear the international express freight. We can send physical samples of ceiling panels, wall boards and flooring for quality and style confirmation.
What payment terms do you accept?

We support multiple payment methods such as T/T, L/C at sight. The specific terms can be negotiated based on order quantity and cooperation cycle.
Do you accept project orders for large-scale engineering?

For standard in-stock products, delivery can be arranged within 3-7 days. For bulk orders and customized products, the lead time is about 15-25 days, which will be confirmed according to the order quantity.
